1. Age Requirement
Access to our lounge and services is restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo identification is required upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone who cannot present proper ID.
2. Lounge Policies
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas of the lounge. No outside cigars, or beverages allowed unless approved by management. Disorderly conduct, illegal activity, or harassment of staff or patrons will result in removal from the premises. Dress code may apply for special events; please check event listings in advance.
3. Membership & Reservations
Memberships are subject to approval and revocation at our discretion. Members may receive exclusive benefits, event invitations, and promotional offers. Reservations for private events require a signed agreement and deposit. Cancellations must be made within 48 hours to avoid forfeiting the deposit.
4. SMS & Email Communications
By opting into our SMS and/or email lists via form, event registration, or in-person request, you agree to receive updates, promotional offers, and event invitations.

Personal items lost or stolen on premises.
Health effects related to smoking environment.
Any injury or damages resulting from misuse of the premises or failure to follow lounge rules.
Patrons assume all risks with being in a smoking environment

All patrons must comply with local, state, and federal laws, including those related Cigar Lounge.
